In the afternoon of March 5, Jingzhou City Government and Hubei Cultural Industry Investment Co.ltd(HCIIC) signed strategic cooperation agreement, jointly push forward the high quality development of cultural and tourism industry in Jingzhou.Qi Guojun, Party Secretary and the Chairman of Hubei Cultural Industry Investment Co.ltd, Wu Chaoan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee attended the signing ceremony and delivered the speech. 

Wu Chaoan addressed that, as a newly established provincial-level industrial investment platform company, HCIIC has selected Jingzhou as the first place to carry forward the strategic cooperation, which is a great honor for Jingzhou. During the "14th Five-Year" period, Jingzhou will closely follow the development direction of "One Central City, Five Demonstration Zones" and accelerate the construction of Jingchu Cultural Inheritance and Innovation Development Demonstration Zone. Related departments should go all out to create a first-class business environment and provide wholehearted thoughtful services, so to make the projects commence and go into production in time.

Qi Guojun expreesed that Jingzhou is a hotland for the development of Hubei cultural industy, HCIIC will actively participate in the investment, construction and operation of infrastructure in areas of Jingzhou cultural education, tourism and health care, cultural relics and cultural expo protection and utilization, and cultural industry parks, and assist to build high-quality projects construction such as Intangible Heritage Craftsmen Towns, Oceanarium and Cultural and Creative Incubators and so on, to boost the high-quality development of Jingzhou cultural and tourism industry.
